Frequently asked questions

Common questions

Get clear answers about enquiries, quotes, materials, and the fitting process before you book a visit.

How should I start a project enquiry?

01

Send a clear description of the garment, the change you want, and any photos that show the current fit or damage. We review the garment before confirming the scope.

Can you give me a final price before inspection?

02

No. The final price is confirmed only after we assess the garment construction, fabric, condition, and requested fit.

Do you review materials I bring myself?

03

Yes. We check customer-supplied materials, but matching thread, zippers, lining, buttons, lace, or other parts can only be confirmed after review.

How long does a redesign project usually take?

04

Most redesign projects are completed in 10 to 20 business days after concept approval, depending on the garment and workshop capacity.

Do you check the fit at collection?

05

Yes. We can review the finished garment at collection and handle a small final adjustment if needed, within the agreed design.
